How do I start an order?

Email us your preferred style and the delivery country. We’ll confirm current availability, timing and payment details before you place an order. The two-minute preview, automated checkout, print fulfillment and tracking are not live yet.

Can I choose when the gift arrives?

You can share the date you have in mind. We’ll confirm the current delivery estimate with you; a requested arrival date is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Where can Brickwisp send gifts?

Brickwisp is for residential agents and small teams across the USA. We also welcome inbound enquiries from agents in Canada, Australia and the UK. Email us with the destination country to check availability.

Can I add my own branding?

The gift is designed to carry your name and personal note, with your own logo on the card. We don’t use brokerage or franchise branding in Brickwisp marketing.

How are client addresses handled?

We’ll request a client address only when needed for shipping, use it for shipping, and delete it 90 days after delivery.
